Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to be recognised as a leading provider of community care services and support work that is aimed at enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable people in London, whilst promoting diversity, quality learning opportunities and the overall social & economic well-being of the local communities that we serve.” The brief history is: From our humble beginnings in 1996 we now find ourselves in 2023 approaching our 32nd year as a London-based charitable organisation serving people who need social care and support. It has been a challenging but rewarding journey with many long-term serving staff having fond memories of our early days in Greenwich where it all began. Today we are UK registered charity providing over 12,000 hours of social care per week across many London local authority areas to some of the needy and vulnerable living in the capital. With 4 offices based in Camden, Ealing, Southwark and Greenwich we are able to offer a responsive and local service, often at a few hours notice. The second arm of our service provision is the provision of employment and accredited qualifications for care staff seeking to be recognised as professionals and progress in their chosen careers.
