Oasis is a London-based UK Registered Charity that works with individuals, families, communities and government agencies to support people in having independent lives that are filled with possibilities and choices. Operating for over 25 years of offering support we now employ over 200 staff and operate in 15 London boroughs, with an annual income of over £8 million per year.

Oasis Training Agency was established in 2014 to provide support and training for the ever-growing demand for qualified health and social care staff. The agency is London based being accredited by the NCFE - and we act as subcontractors for Pathways and TCHC. Funding received is focussed on developing specialised Health and Social Care skills.

Oasis Workforce Solutions is backed by Oasis Care & Training Agency which is a London-based UK Registered Charity founded in Greenwich in 1991, Oasis Care currently employs around 700 care staff and provides ongoing training to 400 learners each month and local offices across London demonstrating a strong track record of experience of working with individual, families, communities, and government agencies.
