OASIS Registered Manager for East & South East London
Location, location, location” is a well-known mantra in the property sector. And the OASIS Care Management Team think they have a point.
After a review of our current homecare service provision it has been decided to progress our localisation strategy to include an office based in Woolwich, SE18 to manage provision for East and South East London local authorities areas. This is in addition to the other registered location offices that we are in the process of establishing for South West London, West London and Central London.
Each of these 4 Local Offices needs to be separately registered with the Care Quality Commission, including a Registered Care Manager for each one. Leading a small office team they will be accountable for local monitoring of performance and setting local outcomes within a planned/budgeted level of service provision. The aim being to better personalise the service to local needs of the different communities we serve and support.
The Registered Care Manager for the new East and South East London office will be Said Abdirahman, a long-time serving member of the Care Management Team, who has recently achieved his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care. We wish him every success with his new job role.
