Senior Managers met this week to review our performance as a provider of community services to the different people we engage with. Despite our successes everyone agreed it has been a tough year, but hopefully having learnt some valuable lessons along the way. Our future plan for 2018 remains the same – we want to grow and diversify our service provision and income streams to establish a higher level of capability to meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable people living in London. How we do this will be the theme for consultation with managers and staff early in the new year.
