Who do we provide Social Care for?
A wide range of people receive social care support from OASIS in their own home, from those who have become elderly and frail, have physical disabilities, terminal illness, or complex care needs, to mental health support needs or a learning disability.
We work alongside other health and social care professionals you or your loved one may need, such as district nurses, social services, and the NHS.
Who do we offer Vocational Training to?
OASIS secures public funding to offer free vocational training to become a qualified professional in the Social Care Sector.
We train our own staff from induction training up to management level who wnat to progress their career and job prospects.
We are able to offer training for people who need to improve their English, including number and report writing
Who do we offer Employment to?
OASIS offers employment to people who sincerely want to work in the Social Care Sector and ar prepared to make the commitment that this demands to being reliable, caring and skilled to do the job.
