Oasis Care and Training Agency is managed by Mohamed Yusuf, who is the registered manager with over 15 years experience in the care industry. Our staff members consist of full and part-time Care Managers who are qualified at NVQ L3 and L4. Our Referral Manager has nursing experience. Senior Care Supervisors, Care Supervisors, unlimited male and female carers, an Office Manager, H R Officer, Training and Development Officer, Finance Manager and team. Every staff member has defined roles in the agency and are all experienced in the field of work. The team is dedicated to providing the best possible service at all times and always deliver the highest level of care to all our service users and in accordance with the national minimum standards.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Most of our carers are bilingual and professionally trained at NVQ Level 2 and 3 or working towards qualification. They have all been referenced, CRB checked, regularly supervised and monitored and appraised by their supervisors. Most of our care workers have been with us at least 3-5 years. All care workers are trained to CQC Standards and have completed our 2 day induction course which covers Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene, Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Risk Assessment and First Aid.
All Care Managers and Supervisors are trained at NVQ level 3 and 4 or working towards qualification. They have also been trained and are qualified as Risk Assessors and Safeguarding Trainers.
Oasis Care and Training Agency’s commitment to employment and training of staff has been recognised and commended by London Oriental Academy and Learn Direct. We have also achieved Investors in People for the 3rd time and are now working towards Gold level. We are also working towards ISO90001 quality mark and CHAS.
