Oasis Care and Training Agency offers a broad range of affordable care and support solutions which are tailored to individuals own personal needs. To discuss these and the fees, please contact our office and speak with a care manager who will visit you and discuss a Personal Support Plan. You may also be entitled to funding support from your
local social services who will be able to advise you.

Oasis Care and Training Agency is committed to the Care Principles and Objectives set out in the New National Minimum Standards and the Community Care act 2000 to ensure that our services are appropriate and realistic alternative to residential care. Our services are intended to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of service users with the highest degree of conviction and professionalism. Our services are designed and constantly improved with the full participation of our Service Users and their families.
We aim to adopt a flexible approach with all our Service Users by helping them to maintain their independence and preserve their quality of life. We have embodied quality in our work practice and service delivery. We define "quality" as delivering services of care, support and training appropriate to each individual’s needs. We have a comprehensive Self-Assessment System which requires all of our Policies and work practices to be audited at least once a year to ensure that we maintain the standards we have set ourselves. Any "non-conforming" areas are corrected and reviewed for any other action that we may need to take to ensure that the problem is not repeated in the future.
